The Gal Studio exists as part of The Gal Project’s mission: helping women become more visible—without performing, shrinking, or waiting for permission. This studio is where that mission becomes tangible. Through portraiture, we help women see themselves clearly, claim the space they already deserve, and walk away with images that match who they are becoming.

Behind the lens:
You’ll be photographed by Angela—the artist behind the lens and the guide throughout your session. This work is personal: it’s rooted in the belief that women deserve to be seen fully and truthfully, with images that reflect their real presence—not a version of themselves they had to earn.
You don’t need to know how to pose. You don’t need to “be photogenic.” You simply need to show up. The process is guided, supportive, and designed to help you feel like yourself—only clearer.
